Nagpur: For the past two months, the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) administration seems in a tearing hurry to push as many tenders as they could before the model code of conduct for Lok Sabha elections came into force. In 16 days of March, NMC floated around 140 tenders for development works, confirmed a senior NMC official privy to the development.
