Lady Colts push past struggling Lady Bears to build momentum for tournament run

WARSAW – To say the first half of the season has been disappointing for the Meadowbrook High girls basketball team and head coach Chris Miles would be an understatement. Coming off some success in the OHSAA postseason along with an 15-9 record last season, Miles and the Lady Colts were expecting a big follow up campaign this year. Instead it proved to be a rocky first half of the season for Meadowbrook, which saw them enter the holiday break with a surprising 2-6 mark. But the Lady Colts continue to grind in an attempt to turn things around and on Wednesday made it a perfect 2-for-2 to start 2024 and improve to 4-6 with a 52-35 Muskingum Valley League road…
