CHANDIGARH: As a sudden political crisis stormed the tiny hill state of Himachal Pradesh, leaders from the neighbouring Haryana appear to have been playing a key role both in abetting the turmoil and in managing the situation. Haryana, which is being ruled by BJP govt, has played a major role in providing safe shelter to the rebel Congress legislators in Panchkula district that shares its boundaries with Himachal. Even to manage the crisis, the Congress high command has deputed a senior leader from Haryana, former CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda, along with Karnataka deputy CM D K Shivakumar.
