Christmas in Cebu City: ‘Peaceful, no reported incidents’

CEBU CITY, Philippines – Christmas Day in Cebu City has been generally peaceful, with no untoward incidents, as reported by Councilor Philip Zafra, the chairman of peace and order committee.
