Chennai School Holiday: Schools Closed Tomorrow In Chennai, Tiruvallur, Kancheepuram And Chengalpattu Due Cyclone Michaung

Chennai School Holiday: The Tamil Nadu government announced a holiday for schools and colleges tomorrow, December 6 in Chennai, Kancheepuram, Tiruvallur, and Chengalpet districts. Due to cyclone Michaung’s heavy rainfall, schools and universities were closed on Monday and Tuesday as well. As strong cyclonic storm Michaung loomed over the north coastal parts of Tamil Nadu on Monday, Chennai city and surrounding districts were hit hard by constant rains. Cyclone Michuang-led rains, landslides, and other meteorological calamities have officially claimed seven lives.
