The sewer district has amassed over 60,000 followers on X, with engaging content that has resonated with people all over the world. But with the holiday season being tough for countless people around the world, the sewer district posted a tweet with a phone number and a message that read: “Just a phone number, a voicemail, and a whole lot of emotions.” The number sends the callers to an outgoing voicemail message from John Gonzalez, the sewer district’s communications manager. In it, he says “it’s been an honor to serve you in whatever capacity…
