Jamshedpur: The automobile ancillary units in the Adityapur industrial area witnessed moderate attendance of workers on Monday. There was no declared holiday on part of the companies on the occasion of the consecration of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya. “The attendance of the workers in the morning shift was marginal in several companies, and, in the afternoon shift it was moderate,” said entrepreneur and ex-president of Adityapur Small Industries Association (ASIA) Santosh Khetan. He said ‘pran pratishtha’ of the deity was an historic event, therefore, companies were lenient regarding the punctual attendance of employees on that day.
