Image: Facebook/ANC KwaZulu-Natal The African National Congress (ANC) in KwaZulu-Natal has hailed the matric class of 2023 for producing the highest number of distinctions in South Africa and, in the process, edging out the Western Cape under the Democratic Alliance. KwaZulu-Natal was ranked second with a pass rate of 86.4% in public schools’ National Senior Certificate (NSC) exams.
