The Kane County Fairgrounds in St. Charles welcomed in the holiday season over the weekend with the two-day Christmas on the Fox art and craft show. Rusty Clements of Lisle said the event is a great kickoff for Christmas shopping. “I find things here that aren’t like anything else,” he said. “We are looking for Christmas gifts. You see things here that are unique.” The show featured more than 150 crafters representing largely the Midwest. Featured items included paper crafts, photography, jewelry, homemade soup and dip mixes, baked goods, knitting, wooden signs, handmade soap and more.
